Doran Moreland is the new executive director for statewide diversity and community outreach for Ivy Tech Community College. He previously worked for Teach for America and for The Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice. Moreland also served as central Indiana regional director for the Office of U.S. Senator Evan Bayh.
