Ivy Tech Community College has promoted Thomas Riebe to chief technology officer. He most recently served as associate vice president of information security and has been interim chief technology officer since January. Riebe has been with Ivy Tech since 2003. He started as senior system engineer/Oracle DBA where he served as the primary UNIX/Linux systems administrator and Oracle DBA. His additional roles include: manager of applications infrastructure; director of infrastructure services and executive director of statewide IT operations. Riebe earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Ball State University.
