Ivy Tech Community College has hired Caroline Dowd-Higgins as vice president of career coaching and employer connections. Dowd-Higgins most recently served as the executive director of career and professional development for the Indiana University Alumni Association. She will focus on the career development of students, fulfilling training and the placement needs of employers. Dowd-Higgins holds degrees from Indiana University.
