Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne has named Tracina Smith executive director of resource development. She previously served as associate vice president for Institutional Advancement at Indiana Tech. Smith is an alumnus of Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, Alabama. She is also a Fort Wayne native and graduate of Paul Harding High School.
