Ivy Tech Fort Wayne has promoted Joe McMichael to executive director of career coaching and employer connections. He most recently served as director of career development. Prior to that, McMichael worked for ITT Technical Institute where he was the director of career services.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in education from The Ohio State University in 1995. McMichael has over 20 years of experience in career development management.
