Indianapolis-based security services company DEFENDERS and Ivy Tech Community College have entered into what they call a Pipeline Interview Agreement. As part of the partnership, students attending certain Ivy Tech business and sales programs will be guaranteed an interview at DEFENDERS.
DEFENDERS Director of Talent Attraction Jody Scott says the agreement will boost the company’s talent pipeline by delivering "highly-qualified Ivy Tech graduates to fill key roles in our company." DEFENDERS says it is looking to fill positions including sales, security advisors, customer care and collections through the partnership.
Ivy Tech Vice President For Business Logistics and Supply Chain Aaron Baute says corporate partnerships "help us align skills and curriculum to industry needs."
DEFENDERS has more than 150 offices throughout the United States, including three in Indiana.
