Ivy Tech alumna and co-owner of Diamond K Sweets, Kelsie Risk, has received an Economic Development and Growth Through Entrepreneurship award from the Indiana Small Business Development Center in conjunction with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She graduated from Ivy Tech Bloomington in 2016 with honors and an associate of science in business administration. Risk and her mother established Diamond K Sweets and Fudge O’Bits product line in 2013 and began manufacturing in 2015.
