Ivy Tech Community College has appointed Molly Dodge senior vice president of workforce and careers, Matthew Connell vice president of healthcare and Shabbir Qutbuddin assistant vice president for the School of IT for workforce and careers. Dodge most recently was chancellor of Ivy Tech Madison County and serves as a member of the National Advisory Committee on Rural Health and Human Services. Connell most recently was dean of nursing and health professions at State College of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University and is pursuing his doctorate at the University of the Cumberlands. Qutbuddin was most recently director of IT sector partnership at Ivy Tech South Bend-Elkhart and serves on the Elkhart Technology Council.
