Indiana University Bloomington Provost and Executive Vice President Lauren Robel will step down from her executive roles and return to the faculty in June. Robel previously served as dean of the Maurer School of Law from 2002-2011.

“We are immensely grateful to Lauren for extraordinary efforts on behalf of the Bloomington campus and of Indiana University, not just in her current positions, but in all the positions she has held at IU since 1985,” IU President Michael McRobbie said.

Robel holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
