Lisa Gutierrez has joined Indiana University Health as chief diversity and inclusion officer. In this role, she will lead the healthcare system’s diversity and inclusion strategy and promote an environment of equity, compassion and respect. Gutierrez brings more than 20 years of diversity and inclusion experience to IU Health, having previously served as chief diversity officer for Cardinal Health. She holds a B.S. degree in marketing and organizational management from University of Colorado at Boulder.
