IU Health Goshen Names Chief Nursing Officer

Indiana University Health Goshen has selected Julie Crossley as chief nursing officer. Crossley has been with IU Health Goshen for nearly two decades.

In her new role, Crossley will lead the hospital’s renewal of its fourth magnet designation, which recognizes healthcare organizations for excellence in nursing and quality patient care. IU Health Goshen says Crossley brings organization experience and a commitment to fostering a collaborative culture among nurses.

"Julie has consistently gone the extra mile as a leader and nurse in our organization," stated Randy Christophel, president and CEO, IU Health Goshen. "We appreciate her significant focus on quality performance and her dedication to our environment of excellence as a Magnet designated institution."

Crossley said she is thrilled to serve in her new position. "The support from my fellow Colleagues has been heartwarming and inspiring. I look forward to a bright future as we continue to engage clinical nurses to advance their professional nursing practice. I could not be more proud to be a Colleague at IU Health Goshen."
