Indiana University East has named Robert Mulligan as dean of the School of Business and Economics. He will take over the position July 1. Mulligan currently serves as acting associate graduate dean for the School of Graduate Studies and Research at Western Carolina University. He has served in other roles at the university since 1997, including professor of economics. Mulligan is replacing David Frantz, who is leaving the position after 10 years.
