LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Indiana University Health Arnett is pleased to welcome Pamela Dexter as Director of the IU Health Arnett Foundation.
Dexter will be responsible for development and fundraising for the Foundation and ensuring that the Foundation executes its mission to benefit, perform and carry out the charitable, educational, scientific and other exempt purposes of IU Health Arnett. Philanthropic efforts include, but are not limited to, the support of programs offered in areas such as Cancer Services, Education, Hospice Fund and Pediatrics & Neonatal Care.
Dexter is a Lafayette area native and graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Education. Prior to this role, she served as the Director of Development for Purdue with the College of Health and Human Sciences, specifically raising funds for psychological sciences, kinesiology, nursing and health sciences.
Dexter and her husband Mike, recently established the Dennis R. Foster Scholarship for Purdue nursing students. The scholarship was set up in memorium of her father as a way to pay it forward and honor the nursing professionals he encountered throughout the course of his care.
In her spare time, Dexter enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children’s sports and working in her yard.
