ITR Concession Co., the operator of the Indiana Toll Road, has announced Dennis Oklak as the independent board chairman of the ITRCC Board of Directors. He brings extensive Indiana business and civic leadership experience to his new role. He is a former chairman and chief executive officer of Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. Although he retired as chairman and chief executive officer in 2015, Oklak remains executive chairman of the Board of Directors of Duke Realty.
