The Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission has approved a tax abatement proposal from Rivera Consulting Group Inc. The News and Tribune reports the Sellersburg-based company is looking to relocate its headquarters to Jeffersonville and add around 120 jobs. It plans to invest $6 million into the project.

The paper reports workers' salaries would average $100,000.

Rivera employs approximately 120 at locations throughout the country.

In June, the company announces it was selected to be part of a $7 billion contract to support the U.S. Army's Software Engineering Center.
