IT Company Expanding in Carmel

A St. Louis-based information technology service provider is growing its presence in Carmel. GadellNet Consulting Services LLC, which currently employs 10 Hoosiers, says it plans to create up to 30 jobs over the next five years. GadellNet recently acquired Fishers-based Blue Key Technologies LLC, and plans to move into a larger central Indiana branch office this summer.
GadellNet says it will hire system, help desk and development engineering positions, as well as business and business intelligence analysts and sales staff. The new jobs, the company says, are expected to pay wages that average nearly 35 percent more than the state average.
Chief Executive Officer Nick Smarrelli says "Indiana’s small business market is ripe for a company like GadellNet. We focus not only on maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, but we get very involved with helping support our client’s key functions of sales, marketing and finance. Indiana has strategic business thinkers and a small business focus to allow for us to participate actively in their growth through inserting technology strategically in our client’s workflows."
GadellNet has been offered up to $375,000 in conditional tax credits and training grants from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. You can connect to more about the deal by clicking here.
