ISU Names Interim Public Safety Chief

Michele Barrett

Indiana State University has named Michele Barrett interim chief of public safety. She has served as assistant chief since 2014 and will become the first woman to occupy the position. Barrett previously served more than 20 years at the Terre Haute Police Department before joining the university.
