ISTA Names Executive Director
The Indiana State Teachers Association has named Dan Holub executive director. He most recently served as executive director of the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees. Holub will begin his new role April 24. He also previously served as director of quality education advocacy at the Wisconsin Education Association Council. Holub succeeds Brenda Pike, who stepped down from the ISTA in May to lead the Alabama Education Association. He is also the former head of The University of Iowa Labor Center.
