The Indiana State Police has announced Master Trooper Richard Crawford and his wife, Lieutenant Nicole Crawford will retire from the department. He has served in the commercial vehicle enforcement division before transferring to the executive protection section, where he served his final 11 years. Lt. Crawford has served in the training division 2015.
