Indiana Repertory Theatre has promoted four staff members: Suzanne Sweeney (pictured), Jennifer Turner, Lindsey Horan (pictured) and Elisabeth Lesem. Sweeney was named managing director and co-chief executive officer. She was previously responsible for improving the administrative operations of the theatre. Turner, formerly associate director of development, now leads a team of three as the director of development. Horan has been named associate director of major gifts. She previously held the role of individual gifts officer. Elisabeth Lesem, formerly foundations officer, has been named institutional giving manager. IRT also hired Elizabeth Petermann as audience development manager. She previously served at OMD as strategy supervisor.
