Colts owner Jim Irsay and quarterback Andrew Luck will take part Tuesday in an announcement at the CityWay YMCA in downtown Indianapolis. Mayor Joe Hogsett and Citizens Energy Chief Executive Officer Jeff Harrison will also be on-hand for Tuesday afternoon’s event.

Organizers say Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE: LLY) Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs Bart Peterson and YMCA of Greater Indianapolis CEO Eric Ellsworth will also take part in the announcement.

The $24 million, three-story YMCA opened late last year. The city’s first full-service downtown Y is part of the CityWay development near the Eli Lilly campus. It features an elevated running track, two indoor swimming pools, three full-size basketball courts, a green roof and a chapel.
