Indianapolis Power & Light Co. has named Rafael Sanchez president and chief executive officer. He joined IPL in February as senior vice president of strategic planning. Sanchez was previously a partner at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP and served as vice president of business development and legal affairs for Indianapolis-based Fineline Printing Group. He also serves as secretary for the Indy Chamber and served on the IPL advisory board for the past five years.
