Indianapolis Power & Light Co. has hired Rafael Sanchez as senior vice president of strategic planning. He is currently the secretary for the Indy Chamber and previously served as vice president of business development and legal affairs for Indianapolis-based Fineline Printing Group. Sanchez also serves as co-chair for Plan 2020 and is a board member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Tanya Sovinski also joins IPL as director of community relations. IPL has promoted Brad Riley to director of strategic accounts and customer programs.
