IPFW has named Manoochehr Zoghi dean for its College of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science. He currently serves as founding chair of the Department of Construction Management at California State University, Fresno. Zoghi has academic, administrative and consulting experience at other schools including the University of Dayton and Idaho State University. He has degrees from the University of Louisville and University of Cincinnati, as well as certificates from the University of California, Berkeley and University of Florida. Zoghi will start in the new position July 1.
