IPFW has named Melissa Gruys dean of the Richard T. Doermer School of Business. Gruys comes to Fort Wayne from Wright State University, where she served as a professor and chair of the Department of Management and International Business. During her time at Wright State, Gruys led accreditation activities, curriculum efforts and the creation of new programs, including a human resources certificate program.
