IPFW has hired Cynthia Springer as executive director of Human Resources and Office of Institutional Equity. She most recently served as chief executive officer and superintendent at GREAAT Schools Inc. in Michigan. Springer earned a Master of Management and Organizational Leadership from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an associate of legal studies, both from Davenport College in Grand Rapids. She also earned International Human Resources Certification and Employment Law Certification.
