Indianapolis-based International Medical Group Inc. has been acquired by a Boston company. IMG says the deal with private equity firm ARBY Partners will not impact its operations, employees or clients.
IMG Chief Executive Officer Brian Barwick calls ARBY a "natural fit" for ownership as the Indiana company grows. He says it will be "business as usual for our employees, producers and clients."
ARBY says it has completed more than $42 billion in transactions, involving more than 450 properties. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
IMG was founded in 1989 and now serves members in more than 200 countries.
