Dyer-based Interior Image Group has named Michelle Young vice president of operations. She has worked in the hospitality industry since 2002, with brands such as Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and Westin Hotels and Resorts. Throughout her career, she has held positions as executive director of business development and managing director for high-level resorts and spas in the eastern and Midwestern United States.
