Intelligent Fiber Network has added three team members. Shena Benskin has been named manager of technical writing and network documentation. Kip Pancake (pictured) joins as channel account manager and Mike Crabb as business development manager. Benskin brings more than 35 years of communications and project management experience to IFN, including roles at the US Army, Eli Lilly and Sallie May. Pancake has prior experience at Verizon, CenturyLink, and Fishnet Security. Crabb has 25 years of experience in account management, sales and customer retention.
