An Indiana entrepreneur hopes to boost the pet care industry and increase pet owner convenience through an online booking portal. Carmel-based PetBookings.com founder Chris Tilson says the site allows users to book boarding, grooming and training services from a variety of companies online. During an INnovators segment on Inside INdiana Business Television, Tilson says the platform includes 16 U.S. markets, and has passed $1 million in total reservations. Tilson says the site helps boost pet care businesses by providing them with a booking engine and online storefront that integrates with each business' website.

Tilson is among those who will be highlighted at next month's Innovation Showcase.
