INHP Secures Federal Grant

The Community Development Financial Institutions program funding will support financial products and development services.
The CDFI Fund goal is to economically empower underserved and distressed communities throughout the country. The INHP, which was founded in 1988, supports low and moderate-income families in Marion County with mortgage advising, home mortgage and repair loans and post-purchase resources.
In July, the fund’s former Director Donna Gambrell served as keynote speaker of the INHP Annual Community Breakfast. She held the position longer than anyone and was the first African American woman to serve in this role.
