IndyHumane has added three staff members to its development team. Amy Tobias (pictured) is the first-ever chief development officer. Tobias has 20 years experience in nonprofit development, fundraising and staff management. She most recently served as vice president of development for Planned Parenthood. Tobias also previously served as vice president of nonprofit communications at Hirons & Company and was the director of education and public affairs for Mental Health America of Greater Indianapolis. She holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and a master’s from Regis University. Jill Bennet (also pictured) joins IndyHumane as events and corporate relations officer. Bennett has 15 years experience in marketing, volunteer management and community outreach. She previously served as development and events specialist for the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Bennett holds a degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Hayley Wolf (not pictured) has also joined the development team as IndyHumane’s marketing coordinator. Wolf began with the organization last year as lead adoption counselor. She has experience in public affairs and nonprofit consulting from her work with Onward & Upward Strategies. Wolf holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
