New Jersey-based global technology solutions provider Diversified has acquired Sensory Technologies, an audio-visual integration firm in Indianapolis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The merger adds more than 170 employees to Diversified’s global team. The company says the move is also a strategic expansion of the company’s reach in the Midwest and Northeast regions.

“We are so excited to join the Diversified family and bring together the collective talent of our teams,” says Anne Sellers, managing principal of Sensory Technologies. “Through Diversified’s extensive portfolio of solutions, paired with the unique geographic coverage of our team at Sensory, the sky is the limit.”
