Indy Women in Tech has hired Melissa Jacobs as executive director. She previously served as senior vice president of sponsorships and corporate communications for Group1001.  

“In five years, Indy Women in Tech’s leaders have developed it into the premier organization to empower and inspire females in tech,” said Jacobs. “With equity and inclusion at the forefront of employee engagement, I’m inspired to guide IWiT into the future with expanded corporate partnerships, innovative funding streams, and drive more women into the dynamic tech talent pipeline.”

Jacobs holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University
