Indy to Host Baylor-Gonzaga at Bankers Life Fieldhouse

Downtown Indianapolis will play host in December to a much-anticipated matchup between two of the top teams in college basketball. Gonzaga and Baylor will square off in a non-conference game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, though no fans will be in attendance. 

The game is scheduled for December 5 at 1 p.m. in downtown Indy. CBS Sports, which ranks Gonzaga and Baylor in the No. 1 and No 2. spot, respectively, in its Top 25 list, will produce and broadcast the game.

Pacers Sports & Entertainment and the Indiana Sports Corp. are coordinating the controlled environment for the game. The organizers say they will work with the Marion County Health Department to implement appropriate COVID-19 safety protocols.
