Indianapolis-based CloudOne Inc. has acquired some of a French tech company's North American operations. The deal involves the sales and marketing businesses of Sodius Corp. July 21, 2014

INDIANAPOLIS, IN & NANTES, France – CloudOne (http://www.oncloudone.com), an IBM Premier Business Partner and the industry leader in cloud delivery of IBM Software-as-a-Service, announced today they have acquired the North American sales and marketing operations of Sodius Corp., the market leader in interoperability solutions for systems development. Simultaneously, Sodius Corp. announced a partnership to serve as CloudOne's sales and marketing reseller in the growing French marketplace.

As part of the acquisition, Robert Baillargeon will become Director of Solutions Delivery for CloudOne's new systems services practice. Led by CloudOne’s Vice President of Business Development James Pietrocarlo, a former executive in the Lab Services team for IBM Rational, this new practice will provide top-level consulting services and architectural direction for customers in automotive and related systems development industries.
