After 27 years in business, an Indianapolis-based media manufacturing company has closed its doors. World Media Group was founded in 1988 and employed nearly 300 at one time. The company specialized in DVDs, compact discs, flash drives, loyalty cards, hotel key cards and retail gift cards.

World Media’s equipment and inventory will be auctioned off by Key Auctioneers on September 22 at its former manufacturing and fulfillment facility on the east side of Indianapolis. 

The auction will feature media manufacturing and printing equipment, such as galvonics equipment, commercial digital printing equipment, sound room and recording equipment, digital media replicators and printers, and advanced packaging, screen printing and molding equipment.

The auction begins at 10 a.m. at 6737 E 30th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219. Online bidding will also be available. You can find more information by clicking here.
