Dan Lueders has been appointed managing partner at Woodard, Emhardt, Moriarty, McNett & Henry LLP. He is a former professor of law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, having taught patent and trade secret law, trademark law and patent litigation. Lueders has served as an expert witness in intellectual property lawsuits. He is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacey Executive Leadership Series, and was also a former volunteer deputy prosecutor. Lueders is also a registered mediator.
