Indianapolis, Ind. — Indy IT Professionals (www.indyitprofessionals.com) is celebrating its 5-year anniversary by moving for a fourth time, to accommodate the tremendous growth of its outsourced help desk services. The company is hiring a minimum of 7 – and up to 10 – new employees in 2015 to meet increased demand.
Indy IT Professionals is highly regarded in the industry for its unique focus on customer service and communication, and for providing true 24/7/365 help desk support. The new positions at the Fishers-based company will fulfill a growing need from customers for Tier 0 through Tier 2 outsourced help desk support.
“Based on our current growth models, we project hiring as many as 30, classically trained IT support professionals by 2019,” said Tom Wagenhauser, President.
The company will move into its new offices, located at 10089 Allisonville Road, Suite A, Fishers, IN 46038, in May.
