Indy Ag Investment Firms Merge

Two Indianapolis investment advisers have merged. US Agriculture LLC and Halderman Real Asset Management LLC will operate under the US Agriculture name and be led by USAG Managing Director Anatole Pevnev.
Halderman Real Asset Management founder and President Howard Halderman will serve as executive chairman of the combined operation’s board of managers. He says the merger "will open significantly more investment opportunities and allow us to expand the breadth and depth of what we offer investors."
US Agriculture was founded in 2015 by Hageman Group and focuses on institutional investment in farmland. Halderman Real Asset Management, founded in 2013, grew out of Halderman Farm Management Service, which was founded in 1930 by Howard Halderman’s grandparents.
Other appointments for the combined operation include Adam Gore as director of portfolio management, David Martin as director of asset management, Brian Wise as director of acquisitions and James Boren as controller.
