An Indianapolis-based equity firm has closed on the sale of a California company. Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Co. Inc. says Corporate Visions Inc. has been one of its portfolio companies since 2010. HKW says New York-based private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners. Corporate Visions provides marketing, sales and training products and services.

In a release, HKW Chairman Glenn Scolnik says, “Our business model is based on partnering with management to profitably grow the business. There is no better example of this than the past five years of partnership with CEO Joe Terry and his incredible team. We are very pleased with this result for our investors.”

Scolnik was also chairman of Corporate Visions until the sale.
