The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives has awarded Mark Fisher the 2019 40 Under 40 Award. He is chief policy officer for the Indy Chamber. He began his career at the organization as a public policy intern and has served in various capacities throughout his tenure, including director of engagement and interim president of Develop Indy, the economic development arm of the City of Indianapolis.
