Subscribe NowThe Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce has promoted Adam Burtner and Taylor Hughes to vice president and Lisa Roper to senior manager of business advocacy and special projects. Burtner most recently was director of government affairs and holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College. Hughes was most recently director of strategy, policy and special projects and holds a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University and a master’s degree from the University of Bristol. Roper was most recently business advocacy manager and holds an associates degree from International Business College, Indiana.
