Indy Chamber Hires Director

Rick Proctor

The Indy Chamber has hired Rick Proctor as the Executive Director of Business Ownership Initiative, the anchor organization of the Indy Chamber’s Entrepreneur Services division. Proctor will oversee the day-to-day operations including business coaching and low-cost workshops. He formerly served as vice president at BMO Harris Bank. Proctor holds a degree from Pensacola Christian College.
