The Indy Chamber has hired Maureen Donohue Krauss as its first chief economic development officer. She previously served as vice president of economic development for the Detroit Regional Chamber. Krauss’ responsibilities include oversight of the "Accelerate Indy" initiative, which launched last week. She has been with the Detroit Regional Chamber since 2012. She also previously served in senior roles within Oakland County’s economic development agencies, ultimately as director of Economic Development and Community Affairs for the second most populous county in the Detroit metropolitan area.
