Indianapolis-based Nameless Catering Co. says it is growing outside the Hoosier State. The company has opened a kitchen in Louisville, its first expansion since the firm launched in 2014.
The new facility is located inside Chef Space which is a food business accelerator that provides commercial kitchen space and business training for entrepreneurs to start food‐related ventures.
“Indianapolis has been and will forever be home to Nameless Catering. This new expansion will extend Hoosier hospitality beyond our state’s borders to a whole new audience,” said Jeremy Brown, founder and chief executive officer of Nameless Catering. “We can’t wait to get the ball rolling in Louisville to provide customers with an affordable catering option that is committed to proactive planning and strong communication.”
Nameless Catering says this expansion comes at what is considered peak season in event planning as engagements soar and companies plan for a new year.
The company is anticipating 2022 will be one of the business years for weddings since the 1980s.
