WHAT: Engaging Solutions will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to signify the expansion of its call center equating to 100 percent job growth and 45 jobs

WHEN: Tuesday, March 24 at 11 a.m. – Noon (ribbon cutting at 11:15 a.m.)
WHY: Just ten years ago, Engaging Solutions started with only seven seats in its call center and will soon fill its new 132-seat facility. The minority/woman owned business enterprise has been renting spaces in a couple of locations in Indianapolis to keep up with demand and now will lease one building with enough space for all employees.
Engaging Solutions currently handles more than one million inbound and outbound calls annually including customer service, survey research, collections and clinical assessments. The company features state of the art technology, experienced service agents and a secure environment. Engaging Solutions offers a sourced solution that is seamless, cost-effective and tailored to meet the needs of the following clients:
