The city of Indianapolis will Tuesday host its annual Reverse Trade Show. The event aims to help local minority and women-owned suppliers, consultants and contractors connect with public and private procurement professionals.
The show is an Indianapolis Office of Minority and Women Business Development effort to boost businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans and people with disabilities by helping them network with governmental agencies, private sector businesses and community groups.
Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett, City-County Council President Vop Osili and Office of Minority and Women Business Development Director Camille Blunt will be on-hand to kick off the event Tuesday. It runs from 10:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Riverside Park Gymnasium in Indianapolis.
