Indy advisory services firm acquired by HUB International

Chicago-based insurance brokerage and financial services firm HUB International Limited has acquired CSi Advisory Services LLC in Indianapolis. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kristi Baker, CSi’s managing partner, and Kelli Davis, CSi’s vice president of retirement plan consulting, as well as CSi’s advisory services team, will join Hub Midwest East.

CSi is a retirement plan consulting firm with $1.1 billion assets under management that specializes in financial coaching and wealth management.
