St. Louis-based Azuria Water Solutions this week announced the acquisition of three companies, including one headquartered in Indianapolis. Financial terms of the deals, including the one for TSW Utility Solutions, are not being disclosed.
Azuria is a provider of infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation services, including forcemain, manhole and storm sanitary rehabilitation, according to the company’s website.
Founded in 2012, TSW Utility Solutions provides potable pipeline services, including lead service replacement, for customers throughout Indiana.
TSW employs about 80 people in Indiana, and Azuria said all employees are being retained.
Azuria also announced the acquisitions of AM-Liner East Inc., a pipeline rehabilitation company headquartered in Virginia and Nashville, Tennessee-based commercial masonry contract firm C.K. Masonry. Employees at both companies are also being retained.
“Azuria continues its focus on quality and comprehensive services for our customers,” Azuria CEO Rob Tullman said in a news release. “The addition of these great companies enhances our capabilities and creates more opportunities for our team members.”
A spokesperson for Azuria added that TSW will retain its company name but will adopt a refreshed logo in the future.
